Student Travel Grants

Who Should Apply

Student travel grants are available to help partially cover the travel expenses of student attendees to the workshop. We encourage applications from students from a wide variety of institutions, diverse backgrounds, and first time attendees. The travel grants will be mainly given to students enrolled in U.S. institutions. Undergraduate and graduate students will be considered for this award.

  • PhD students actively pursuing research and close to degree completion with papers accepted in the workshop will be given priority.
  • Finally, junior PhD students and MS students with papers accepted in the workshop will be given priority.
