a.out intermediate-host destination-host #of-pings ping-delay-ms

You may assume #of-pings will always be an even number.
If #of pings = 10 and ping delay is 100 ms, you should send
a short then a long then a short then a long... every 100
msec until a total of 5 shorts and 5 longs have been sent.

You want to calculate the bandwidth and delay between the
intermediate and destination hosts. For testing purposes
you should make sure that the intermediate host is on the
route to the destination host.
