Subject: How to request help

(This message is being sent to all CPSC 215 students and TA's)

Based upon today's experiences it seems like a reminder is in order.

If you need help you need to supply the following:

1 - A brief description of the problem

AND

2 - The NAME of an included .txt model description file that
    produces the problem

Please do NOT do stuff like: "I'm still having that color
problem you helped me with three weeks ago" and assume that
I will remember the problem and the model file that produced
it.

You will also help yourself and help me help you if you will
try to send me the SIMPLEST model file that produces the problem.

Big complicated model files must inevitably be whittled down
by me and will likely cause you to move to the back of the
help queue.
