(This message is being sent to all CPSC 102 Sec 1 students )

I will be sending out sp1 evaluations shortly.

If your camera.c module was missing, incomplete, or broken
it must be fixed (assuming you plan to get anything working)
because future assignments will depend on it.

If you want to fix it and resubmit that is acceptable
but you should note that:

(1) You must notify me by e-mail of any resubmission

(2) Resubmissions will be subject to the n^2 late
    penalty with respect to the ORIGINAL due date.

    Therefore if you made 96 or better, there is
    NO NEED to resubmit -- you can't improve your grade.

    If you made 93, and fix all of your problems and
    resubmit TODAY you can raise your grade to 96.

    If you made 87 and fix all of your problesm and
    resubmit sometime TOMORROW you will get a 91.

    If you made 60 or lower you can be up to 6 days
    late and still improve what you have.

But regardless of whether or not you resubmit you
definitely MUST fix the problems.
