Subject: Midterm exam

(This message is being sent to all CPSC 101 section 302 students)

The midterm exam will be Tuesday Oct 7.  Old tests from previous
semesters and old quizzes from all semesters are available in the
quizzes directory.

Todays quiz was not so hot.  We went from first to worst!  The
class average on quiz B was 8.9. On this one it was 5.5 (even
with the extra credit points included!)

Correct answers are:

4 a
5 c

Material covered in todays class (the string functions) will not
be on the midterm. But material covered in the previous class and
today's quiz will be.
