Keith Sedgewick (December 1992): This is an Elm planted on a piece of featherstone. This was an afterthought. I had this large piece of featherstone left over after I planted a group of alberta spruce. I wandered through the nursery looking at trees and decided on this one. It is an Ulmus Parviflora 'Yatsubusa'. I've had it a year and it might turn out to be one of my favorites. (But aren't they all?) All the leaves are turning yellow and looks pretty good for a fall tree.
