BlackPine.gif is a uuencoded picture of a black pine purchased
from a bonsai nursery before it had much secondary branching. I took
several years to establish the secondary and tertiary branching and to
establish the 1 inch length needles. The tree is 24 inches tall I
understand that this was a farmed bonsai. It spent most of its life in
the ground. The trunk was wound around a stick. The branches were
grafted to the appropriate curves.  The accent plant is a geranium in
a two-inch pot.
