This is my BAK PAK II skimmer with the overlow running
into a skilter (originally) to keep bubbles out of the tank.
I don't use the pad much anymore since
the well-cured skimmer stopped sending bubbles into the tank;
also, the macro algae removes lots of nutrients.
I've removed the bio bale from the skimmer so that it contains only a heater.
