When the game loads up the player will have the option to start a new game or edit settings. Settings may include things like difficulty or screen size. I'm not sure what will all be in that menu yet. |

When the game starts the player will have an empty map.
After some period of time enemies (pollution and other
threats to the environment) will start to funnel in from the start
location and travel along the path to the finish. If enemies
make it to the finish the user will take on damage. To stop the enemies from making it to the finish the player must place towers, from the tower selection menu, along the path to damage the enemies. The menu in the bottom left can be used to pause the game and may include other options like saving. |

Once towers are placed on the map they only do damage
to the enemies when the enemies are close enough to the tower. The player must buy towers to be able to place them and they start with a limited amount of money. As enemies are defeated the player will gain more money to place more towers. |

If enemies start making it to the end of the path the user will take on damage. Too much damage and the game is over. The damage the user has taken will be reflected by the art in the game. As more enemies get though the green grass starts to look brown or black depending on how many enemies have made it through. |

If the player starts defeating the enemy then the
landscape gets more appealing. Grass will get greener and
start having flowers, etc. |

Once the player has defeated all the enemies or the enemies have defeated the player the game is over and it switches to a credits screen. |
