Cg Petri Nets

We have completed a Cg-based Petri net simulator that exhibits substantial performance
improvements over sequential code, especially when executed on a hot-card, e.g.,
the Nvidia 6800 Ultra.

The design is documented in a paper, "Parallel Simulation of Petri Nets on Desktop PC Hardware,"
authors R. Geist, J. Hicks, M. Smotherman, and J. Westall,
which will appear in Proc. WSC 05, Orlando, FL, December, 2005. The source code is here:
